There are 2 Richard Patrick clones, they are both slowly dying. The one 
on the bridge is losing his matter and the tornado starts around him, and 
the other one is in the office talking to cigarette smoking man. Cigarette
smoking man sees that he has the ability to clone but since he is dying, 
he gives the clone a vile to keep him alive.  Then the original R.P. has 
the vile and throws it in the alley and the clones eventually die. Then 
the original Richard Patrick runs off in the alley.
